One Time Phone Calls
One time phone calls are not exactly as they sound. I use the "one-time phone call" term to differentiate between my regular, more relaxed phone calls and my more serious, committed phone calls - like in my packages or my bundle deals. Don't let this term deter you from booking! You can book with me any time, any day - as long as I am available! I'm glad to have you here!!! 😇
One time phone calls vary in length but are still time constricted. So, please choose wisely when deciding your phone call length:
20 minutes - $60
30 minutes - $80
40 minutes - $120
60 minutes - $160

I have two package bundle options. You can either decide on your own which service you would like to focus on or we can figure that out together during our consultation.
Consultations last around 30 minutes to an hour and are free!!!
During your consultation we will discuss:
-if my approach is right for you,
-what service you'd like to focus on,
-what goals we would like to set,
-and what strategies we will use to tackle those goals we set!
If you decide to go through with a package deal, we will schedule your first appointment during your consultation.

One 1 hour phone call - once a week for 6 months.
